1885 - Originated in downtown Columbus, Ohio as the Columbus Pharmacal Company

1959 - Purchased by Philips of the Netherlands; name changed to Philips Roxane

1965 - Manufactures some of the first Rubeola Vaccines

1978 - Acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim; name changed to Roxane Laboratories, Inc.

1981 - Began marketing Morphine Sulfate Oral Solution and Tablets and Methadone Hydrochloride Oral Solution

1987 - Completed New Columbus, OH Wilson Rd. facility; manufacturing begins

1989 - Completed New Columbus, OH Oak Street Potent Compound Facility; manufacturing begins

1997 - Begin groundbreaking for expanded Columbus, OH manufacturing facility

2006 - Launched Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray, ANDA approved by FDA

2008 - Launched Calcium Acetate Capsules, ANDA approved by FDA

2009 - Establish Addiction Therapy sales force for U.S. clinics

2011 - Expansion of the Columbus, Ohio, Wilson Road facility, with the addition of a new 105,000 square-foot complex
