COLUMBUS, OH – April 30, 2012 – Roxane Laboratories, Inc. announced today the approval of its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Tinidazole Tablets, 250mg and 500mg by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The product is available in 250mg bottles of 40 tablets, 500mg bottles of 20 tablets and 500mg bottles of 60 tablets for immediate shipment to wholesalers and pharmacies nationwide.

Roxane Laboratories' Tinidazole Tablets are AB rated to TINDAMAX® (tinidazole) tablets. Annual sales of TINDAMAX® are approximately $16.2 Million¹.
